Imperial Modular Builders, LLC We offer floor plans for modular ranches, capes, 2 stories, raised ranch, duplex & vacation styles.

We offer full construction services to build your home or we will work with you and your own sub-contractors if you have service professionals you know. We also own Hunter Foundations, a fully established concrete company since 1987 with which we install residential and commercial concrete walls and floors. We own and operate Imperial Modular Homes for building modular homes but also offer site work and are licensed to install septic systems in the state of NH also.
