This was another nice little deck. The inspector allowed me to use the existing piers so I was able to save them some money. They live in an HOA so we had to keep the same colors. We went with Trex decking and Color Guard railings

I forgot to take before pics since I demoed the old deck months before. These folks bought a new camper and had a lot of site work done before I could rebuild. I made the new deck wider since the linai takes up 8' and they wanted to actually use the front area. On the old deck you couldn't fit a chair in front. We went with Trex decking and Color Guard railings. My customer is soon to be retired and will cover the underneath in all his spare time

These folks had no deck, or a way to get to one, but they had their parents old Trex decking and railings. I had new helical piers installed, new framing and a nice door to get to it. It was challenging using the reclaimed materials but luckily they had more than I needed

This was another insurance mandated job. I had to replace both her front and rear decks. We went with Trex decking and Color Guard railings. She also went with a drink rail, which is just a decking board on top of the railings, because she has a lot of flowers and the boxes will fit nicely on top.
