NOW HIRING – Asphalt Maintenance Crew Members 🚧
Join our growing team! We are looking for hard-working, reliable crew members to help with asphalt maintenance services including sealcoating, crack filling, line striping, and general pavement maintenance.
Position: Asphalt Maintenance Crew Member
Location: Marlette, MI
Schedule: Full-Time / Seasonal (weather dependent)
Responsibilities:
• Apply sealcoat to residential & commercial asphalt
• Perform crack filling and minor asphalt repairs
• Assist with parking lot line striping
• Operate basic tools and equipment
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
Requirements:
✔ Drivers License/Reliable transportation required
✔ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs
✔ Strong work ethic and team attitude
✔ Construction or asphalt experience is a plus (but not required)

1. Western snow plow complete with straight blade plow with lights, wiring and mounting brackets. $1,000.00
2. Lazy Liner line driver, runs as it should, clean and ready to be a workhorse for you. $1,500.00
3. Melter oven with walk behind MA10 melter. Oven can melt 6 bricks of rubber at a time. $$1,000.00 for the set. Will sell separate, pm for info.

For sale, K & M infra red asphalt heater, 2-18 3.6 x 6.6, used it 2 Yeats and now going in a different direction with hot box. Works great, see pics and video. Pm me for info, Marlette pick up only, can possibly deliver if not too far for extra cost. Cost of heater is $3500.00, comes with 2 20lb full propane tanks and battery

There comes a point in business that you know it's time to say THANK YOU! We finished out 2023 and said WOW! What just happened, in 6 short seasons we became a 6 figure company. God has blessed us beyond anything we thought would happen with our business. So we had an appreciation dinner party with all have been involved in one way or another, here are a few pictures for the party. We are so thankful for all the people God has brought in our lives.

Been quite a start to the new season, feeling very for all the business we have to do. Got the first couple of big jobs under our belt and my foreman and myself have 4 young adults working who have a very good work ethic. So thankful for everyone on this group, it's a huge encouragement. Here's a few pictures.

Do potholes have you down, as in down on your knees after stepping in it or tripping, possibly getting hurt in the process.
