Total water control in progress. We're intercepting yard runoff with a 75ft French drain, transitioning to 40ft of solid pipe, and discharging it safely away from the home. At the same time, we're repairing the water-damaged sheathing and replacing the LP SmartSide on the flooded addition.

We were contacted to come take a look at a shower remodel that had went south due to an inexperienced contractor and known scammer! This wonderful, retired military couple had relocated here from Florida and where unfortunately taken advantage of and got screwed out of $5,000 and left with this mess. We had to demo everything and start at ground zero, however we got them squared away and they got the shower they wanted and it turned out beautiful 👌. Thanks again to Hayes & McCauley Home Improvement, LLC for the killer tile work. The door will be installed later this week and this one will be a rap. The videos and pictures definitely do not reveal the process for this extensive laundry room makeover. The entire house underwent a re-wire, New HVAC system throughout, moved the plumbing & waterheater, we moved 2 walls out 4 inches and repaired some old termite damage. Deleted doors, lots of floor prep for LVP. Custom knotty alder baseboard, floating shelf and waterheater closet. Custom entry way with rustic 5x5's and so much more. As you know with multiple contractors we hit bumps in the road and theres always unseen obstacles with remodels of this scale. However we made it to the other end of this project in 1 piece and we are on to the next one 🫡

Brought the life back to this living, repaired some old vent holes and damaged areas in the drywall, filled a million nail holes, removed all the damaged crown, taped the corners, texture the walls and ceilings, PVA primer , 2 coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint, new floors, baseboards and door trim, replaced all the plugs, switches, and covers to match the clean new look.

​The original setup featured old tile.. they actually tiled around the faucet—making for a tough cleaning situation and a dated look. We demoed everything, removing layers of old tile and the formica underneath to make room for something special.

​The Details: All edges were rounded over for a smooth, modern profile.

​The Finish: Sealed with Odie’s Dark to bring out those rich, deep wood tones and provide incredible durability.

​Hardware: Installed a sleek new black under-mount sink paired with a matching black faucet for a sharp, high-contrast look.

​I’m thrilled with how the "dark" finish pulls the whole room together. What a difference a fresh surface makes!
