Before & After Techo Bloc Transformation

This project completely reimagined the home’s front entrance, replacing an aging concrete walkway and a failing step with a custom Techo-Bloc hardscape built to last.

The new design features:
- Victorien pavers accented with an Onyx Black border
- Raffinato wall block steps finished with Onyx Black wall caps
- Root removal to prepare the property for new sod installation and a healthier lawn

You’ll also see some of our original design renderings included in the photos. While they helped guide the vision, the finished project was refined even further during construction, resulting in an even better final product.

Please note: These photos were taken before the polymeric sand was installed and before the final front entry carpentry was completed.

We love taking outdated, failing hardscapes and turning them into beautiful, functional spaces that enhance both curb appeal and long-term value.

Another backyard transformation completed! 🌿

This project brought together several elements to create a more functional and polished outdoor space. We designed the new pool deck to complement the property, partnered withHydroDefense Basement Waterproofing & Construction for its construction, then completed the finishing touches that tied everything together.

Our work included:
• Delaware River rock installation around the pool
• Final grading for proper drainage and a smooth finish
• Overseeding to establish a healthy, lush lawn

🌱 Sod Installation Done Right 🌱

This is a recent sod project we completed, and the pictures show exactly why preparation matters.

Before any sod went down, we took the time to properly prep the area. That meant locating and removing buried rocks, roots, and debris that would have caused uneven growth, dead spots, and long term issues.

This is the difference between a job that looks good for a few weeks and one that actually lasts.

Not all quotes are created equal. Lower bids often skip the prep work you cannot see, but that is what determines how your lawn performs over time.

We source our sod directly from the farm and install it the same day it is cut to ensure maximum freshness, strong rooting, and the best possible results.
