She’s been with me since day one, and at only 11 years old, she works harder than a lot of grown men I’ve worked alongside. She never complains, never lets me down, and when everyone else is busy or calls in, she’s always there to show up for her daddy. 🥹❤️

One of the greatest privileges of homeschooling is getting the opportunity to not only teach your children, but to train them up, work alongside them, and watch them grow into the people God created them to be.

I set out thinking I was going to teach her about hard work, responsibility, and what it means to take pride in what you do. But somewhere along the way, she started teaching me a few things too — about patience, joy, perseverance, and what really matters in life.

Having her beside me on the job is something I don’t take for granted. These are memories I know I’ll look back on one day and cherish more than any job I ever completed.

I’m incredibly proud of this girl and grateful to have her as part of my team.

My best employee isn’t the one who knows the most — she’s the one who always shows up. And she happens to call me Daddy. ❤️

Just following up on the nightmare we walked into the other day…

We’re happy to say this homeowner is now taken care of and can finally have peace of mind.

When we arrived, we found the aftermath of an unprofessional repair, years of neglected maintenance, an insulation manual left inside the evaporator coil, and a completely clogged drain line. The result? A drain pan full of sludge and water overflowing through the ceiling.

We corrected the problem the right way by:
✅ Installing a brand-new drain pan
✅ Running a new condensate drain line out the side of the home
✅ Adding float switches for water protection
✅ Cleaning out the blockage and restoring proper drainage

Now the system is draining properly, protected against future overflows, and the homeowner no longer has to worry about going to sleep with the sound of water dripping from the ceiling.

The more you look… the worse it gets. 👀

This is a perfect example of why quality workmanship matters.

In this system we found:

* A bus tub with a hole drilled through it being used as a drain pan.
* A condensate pump discharging through a hose shoved into a pipe.
* A car jack being used to support and hold up the drain pan.

These are temporary “get-by” solutions that never should have been left as permanent repairs. Unfortunately, shortcuts like these can lead to water damage, poor drainage, and expensive repairs down the road.
