We’re looking for a few full-time team members with actual experience in the fencing industry.

We’re looking for people who:

🔨 Know how to build fence — not just talk about it
💪 Don’t mind hard work and long days
🧰 Have experience with different types of fencing and installation
📏 Can work independently and take pride in doing the job right
🤝 Show up, work hard, and work well with a crew
🚜 Have additional construction, welding, equipment, or fabrication skills — that’s a big plus

This is a full-time position with a growing company. We’re looking for dependable people who want to work, learn, and be part of a good crew.

PARKER FENCE CO. IS HIRING 🚨

We recently tried someone out, and it just wasn’t the right fit.

The kind of work we do isn’t for everybody. It’s hot, dirty, physical work, and some days are long. We work hard, we move with a purpose, and we expect everyone on the crew to pull their weight.

We are looking for someone with REAL experience and REAL work ethic.

We need somebody who has some skills and isn’t scared to use them — preferably experience with things like:

• Fence construction — wood, chain link, pipe, ranch/ag fencing
• Welding and fabrication
• Skid steer/equipment operation
• Gates, entrances and cattle facilities
• General construction and dirt work
• Using tools, reading measurements and figuring things out in the field

You do not have to know everything, but you need to bring something to the table.

Most importantly, we need someone who:
✅ Shows up every day and on time
✅ Doesn’t mind sweating and working hard
✅ Can take instructions and get the job done
✅ Takes pride in their work
✅ Can work without somebody holding their hand all day
✅ Wants to learn and become more valuable
✅ Is dependable and wants steady work

This is not a “stand around and collect a check” job.

I’m looking for somebody who wants to become an important part of Parker Fence Co. as we continue growing into fencing, welding, ranch construction, dirt work, oilfield/roustabout work and more.

Got the pond all silt and mud dipped out, cut water to it, and got around the edges roughed in.. Gonna let it dry out a few days, touch it up, and make my finish pass! Turned out pretty nice!

Now would be a good time to clean out your pond, it’s dry and the water line is down! This is a job we started today, and made us a couple temporary pockets to hold the mud, just like on the dragline at the coal mine.. We’ve been dipping mud and water majority of the day with this long stick trackhoe.. If this is something you may be interested in, we would be more than happy to give you a quote!
