Hooked up Greenhills Retirement Community again with a new commercial garage door for their parking garage at the condos! 100,000 cycle springs with double end stiles and commercial grade track! This should accommodate the many cars coming and going for years to come!

Helped out John @ J&M Fabrication in Marshalltown today. Their door was hit by a customer of theirs. John decided to also add a medium duty Liftmaster Jackshaft opener. Now they're up and going! No more manual lifting the door! Door runs flawlessly! Thanks John for the business!

Customer stated there door was delaminating. And yes, their existing wood overlay doors are great in warmer states, but in Iowa they take a lot of water! Swapped them out with our Amarr Classica 2 sided steel carriage design doors and POW.... still a stately door! Highlift to accomodate 10ft ceilings. Clean install!

Helped Jensen Ford of Marshalltown out with their service center door! Upcycled their springs from what came on the door from a 10,000 cycle spring to springs rated for over 20,000! Also, Upgraded their rollers to nylon rollers, making the door function smoothly! Thank you Jensen Ford for the continued business!
