We just finished replacing 7 windows with gorgeous new white trim inside and sleek black trim outside for a sharp, modern curb appeal!

We loved creating this incredible outdoor space transformation for a local client here in the Marshalltown area! We took this blank canvas and completely elevated it with custom carpentry and functional design.
Here’s a look at what we built:

This full exterior transformation was completed in just three weeks. The project featured a complete siding tear-off, new sheeting and house wrap, new siding and shakers, all-new windows, and a modern front door. We also expanded the usable outdoor living space by building a new front porch and an enlarged rear deck.

Once this place was cleared out and we got our hands on it, it all came back to life with new paint and texture in every room, new carpet in all the bedrooms, two bathroom renovations, and a full paint job on the kitchen cupboards. Plus the little fixes here and there for dings, dents, lots of loose trim, and crooked cupboards! We saw the potential this place had and are extremely pleased with how it turned out!
