Finished off this laundry room in a basement and included custom built in cabinets for lots of storage. This space includes an in wall, drop down ironing board and sliding barn doors to cover the plumbing that needs to be accessible at all times. We made him a ladder so he could get up in the space.

Here in plymouth, I removed all the old windows , siding and portico roof to install new construction black Anderson windows , hardie plank siding on the main house and hardie board and batten siding on the addition. Also replaced all of the exterior trim on the front of the house with pvc trim and installed a black metal roof on the portico entrance.
