Based on the homeowner’s vision , i created lots of storage by adding custom cabinets to this virtually unusable space. It’s about 11 feet long and the lower cabinets in the deepest part of the eave are about 2 feet deep. The half blind dove tail drawers are sealed with a satin varnish. Everything here is just primed and we will be excited to see the final paint job.

We were brought on this job to correct someone else’s mistake. Somebody had tried to make this case opening in their house from their dining room to living room bigger. This opening is under a bearing wall and was not done correctly so it caused the house to sag. We had to install temporary walls to support the house and remove everything safely. Then we jacked up the ceiling above to correct the sag and then replaced a solid structural header for the opening. Also we added additional support in the basement. Here’s a perfect example of not hiring the right person for a project. These people were trying to save money initially but ended up costing them more money in the long run by paying for this project to get done twice.

On phase 3 of this project, I replaced the 5 old single pane glass windows with new construction Anderson windows. The interior was finished off with nickel gap on the walls and flat stock trim. On the exterior, the client chose to go with Boral truexterior, a material that would not rot.

21 new construction windows installed in this house. Keeping with the style of this home, I was able to replicate the detail of the trim using products that do not rot, Fypon and Kleer brand pvc. While I was there, I was able to replace some other rotted trim and siding. Also, ripped and replaced all the sidewall shingles on the two small dormers.

Here’s a deck I built in duxbury. I had to remove the existing windows to accommodate the deck. I framed it in and insulated it for some new windows that will be installed in the near future. This deck has a removable access panel, deep stairs, and decking on the main deck run at a 45 degree angle for a sleek, modern look. This is moisture shield vision decking with all hidden fasteners, color mochachino.

Here’s just one of the areas on this rot repair job where I removed some wood railings and posts wraps. The homeowner wanted to change the look with a new updated style that would still go with the look of the house. I replaced everything with pvc trim and new Intex railings. More pics to come

This customer had some electrical equipment for their pool on their patio area and they wanted to make it more visually appealing. I built this custom cabinet out of pvc trim. It has a storage area in the bottom, magnetic closed doors on the top, and is completely removal without damaging it if anything needs to be serviced in the future.
