PSA: FREEZE WARNING!!!!
KY3 is saying the temps will be dropping to -7 with high winds.
Get prepared now! Close all your crawl space vents, unhook hoses from hydrants/spickets, and make sure your crawl space doors are closed.
If your pipes have ever frozen before leave some faucets dripping. If you have water lines on the outside walls of the north and west sides of your house, leave those dripping for sure. If you have a heat lamp, heat tape, or electric heater in your well house, check and make sure they are working. Locate and know how to turn your water off, whether it’s at a valve, a breaker, or a meter.
Depending on weather and road conditions, we may or may not be able to come help you in an emergency until roads are cleared.

Y’all, it is that time again! Freezing temps are around the corner!!
Be sure to close all crawl space vents. The wind and low temps are a quick recipe for frozen water lines.
Well houses should be sealed and insulated, and if you normally need a heat lamp, be getting it turned on.
And as always..... remove hoses from hydrants.
