Intrepid Builders, LLC We started this company in 2016 as a way to bring fashionable yet affordable housing for downsizing baby boomers and 1st time home buyers.

Our Mission:
To build high quality homes that set themselves apart from the competition by focusing on “age in place” features and/or upgraded kitchens and baths. We have now successfully built and sold several single family homes and look forward to continuing to grow and offer more products over the next few years.
