A duplex I fixed from top to bottom both kitchens were totally remodeled with brand new kitchen cabinets brand new flooring granite countertops new stove refrigerator new paint throughout new doors new exterior doors in the back and the garage two new vinyl windows on the garage both bathrooms were gutted and remodeled new laminate flooring throughout built two new closets insulated both attics and installed new vinyl windows in the Attic as well as painted the entire inside and outside of both duplexes and the unit and the garage this was a very good remodel it turned out great the homeowner is very happy as I am

Someone started this repair and didn't know what the heck they were going and screwed everything all the way up took the money and ran on the person so now I got to finish there mess up and it's all messed up had to start over most the work they did. They put little windows n where big ones were so now 1 bedroom instead of a 4 bedroom unreal but I'll fix it no problem it's what I do
