🔧 We’re Hiring: Journeyman Plumber

Integrity Tile & Home is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team.

If you take pride in your work, pay attention to the details, and want to be part of a company that’s building something strong, we’d love to talk.

What you’ll be doing:
• Rough-in and finish plumbing for bathrooms and kitchens
• Installing water heaters, fixtures, valves, and more
• Working on remodeling projects from start to finish
• Handling occasional service calls like leaks, clogs, and replacements
• Coordinating with our team on full remodel jobs
• Keeping job sites clean and organized
This isn’t just service work. You’ll be part of full projects from demo to final trim.
What we’re looking for:
• Journeyman Plumber (WV license or ability to get it quickly)
• At least 4 years of residential plumbing experience
• Someone who can work independently and communicate well with clients
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and code
• A professional who shows up, does it right, and takes pride in the work

Pay & Schedule:
• $24–$30/hour based on experience and skill
• Full-time, steady work year-round
• Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays

We’re a growing company, which means there’s real opportunity here as our plumbing division continues to expand.

A homeowner called us because they had a leak in their kitchen ceiling. They had already brought in another plumber who diagnosed the issue as coming from the upstairs bathroom and began opening things up to fix it, only to end up breaking the plumbing in the process.

When our team at Integrity Plumbing Contractors arrived, we took the time to properly inspect the issue. After a thorough evaluation, we discovered the leak wasn’t coming from the bathroom at all — it was actually coming from roof flashing above the kitchen.

This wasn’t just a remodel, it was about restoring independence and improving daily life.
