Did you know the bathroom has many different names all over the world? In Ancient Egypt it was the House of Horror. In Rome, the Necessarium....we think that one is quite fitting. The Tudors, who ruled England for a period of time, called the bathroom the privy or house of privacy. People of France call it La Chambre Sent meaning the room smells. Israelis call the bathroom the house of honor...that one is definitely interesting. What do you call the bathroom?
