Preventive maintenance on the kitchen sink drain line from the roof vent and main sewer line from cleanout access in the yard. If you know you have a reoccurring issue and want to prevent an emergency, I highly recommend preventive maintenance!

City Sewer backed up into basement of home. MSD has cleaned their line, but the home owner wants to have their own sewer line cleaned just in case. Very smart and highly recommend having this done if you're ever in the same situation!
