When you have a water leak from your second story toilet line and it makes it way all the way to the basement. Unfortunately we found even more water damage from a preexisting leak on the exterior as well. Turned from a watery mess, to a complete remodel in the kitchen, upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom!

Unfortunate stove grease fire that ended up in the range hood and soffit, without any structural damage!

✔️tear out soffit drywall and rebuild
✔️ encapsulate all fire/smoke area in soffit
✔️install new vent pipe
✔️remove old puck lights and install new
✔️freshen up tile grout
✔️install new range hood
✔️tear water damaged drywall on ceiling and install new
✔️primer/paint living room, dining room and kitchen ceilings
✔️primer/paint kitchen walls

-patched wood bee boring holes/ woodperkcers and stained front pillars
-stained front door
-patched and painted dog chewed corner
-painted water stain on ceiling
*screened back porch*
- replaced rotten wood door with a new poly
- scraped and sanded all window sills
- replaced rotten window sill
- painted window sills
- replaced all rotten wood base trim with new poly trim
*driveway*
-patched pot holes
-top dressed entire driveway
