💪 From nasty, sticky glue buildup to a beautiful 400 grit satin polish! ✨

This project was a true test of our equipment, process, and experience. The concrete was covered with a heavy 1/4” thick layer of sticky adhesive glue that had to be completely removed before the polishing process could even begin.

Our team put in the work — tackling the difficult glue removal, properly preparing the slab, and bringing this concrete back to life with a refined 400 grit satin finish polish.

Concrete polishing is more than just running a machine across the floor. It takes the right tooling, the right process, and years of experience to transform a challenging slab into a durable, low-maintenance finished floor.

We completed a grind, stain, and seal concrete floor for an amazing customer, and while the crew was onsite, he decided to upgrade his garage with a decorative flake floor system. A new 6,500 SF golf simulator facility in Yuba City presented some significant concrete correction challenges. Nearly all of the trenches installed by previous contractors were found to be uneven, averaging between 1/4” and 1/2” higher than the surrounding slab. Correcting these elevations was critical to achieving a smooth, level surface suitable for the final flooring installation. This project was certainly one of the more demanding trench remediation jobs we’ve encountered, but the end result was well worth the effort.
