Wrapping up the 2026 City of Woodland ADA Ramp Upgrades Project!

Our crews have been hard at work completing ADA curb-ramp improvements throughout the city, helping provide safer and more accessible routes for the Woodland community.

Working with Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc. and the City of Woodland has been a great experience. We appreciate the teamwork and communication throughout the project and look forward to working with both again in the future.

The signs are up, and work begins next week!

Hyatt Contracting is proud to be starting the Washington Public Infrastructure Project in West Sacramento—our largest contract to date.

This project will bring new traffic signals and lighting, decorative sidewalks, landscaping, roadway paving, signage, and striping to the downtown area surrounding 5th and F Streets.

This is an exciting milestone for our company, and we’re grateful for the hardworking team that helped us get here. We look forward to bringing these improvements to life and sharing the progress along the way!

Making great progress at the Woodleaf project!

Our crew got an incredible amount of forms set on the very first day, laying out the track and setting the pace for the rest of the project. Days like this don’t happen without a team that works hard, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in what they do.

We’re excited to see this new concrete race track come together and couldn’t be more proud of our crew’s effort.

A special thank you to Escheman Construction for once again trusting Hyatt Contracting as your concrete subcontractor. We truly appreciate the continued partnership and look forward to another successful project together.

The interior office walls at our new headquarters are turning out exactly how we envisioned.

We wanted something that reflected who we are as builders not drywall and paint, but exposed architectural concrete with the look of an old stacked-lumber bridge structure. Every board line, wood grain pattern, and tie hole tells the story of how it was built.

The finish came out even better than we imagined, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s a nod to the craftsmanship of old concrete structures while creating a timeless look for our new office.

Sometimes the structure itself becomes the artwork.

We can’t wait to show you the finished building.

Headquarters has been missing Old Glory for too long now. Thank you Builtware Fabrication for lending us Jason the tree squirrel and Escheman Construction for renting us their man lift to get the broken Halyard replaced.

Friday was a busy day on the headquarters build. The foundation for the 60,000 gallon water tank and the building is complete. Builtware Fabrication will start welding the tank in place Tuesday and we will start forming the perimeter concrete walls tomorrow.

Special thanks to Brian Taylor and his crew, they did a great job placing and finishing the concrete for us.

Hello Neighbors,

We wanted to give you advance notice that on Friday, June 26, beginning at approximately 1:30 a.m., we will be performing a major concrete pour for the project’s main foundation.

Due to the size and continuous nature of the pour, work must begin during the early morning hours. While we will do everything possible to minimize disruption, residents can expect increased truck traffic, construction lighting, and some construction-related noise throughout the operation.

We understand this is earlier than normal working hours and appreciate your patience as we complete this important milestone safely and efficiently. Our team will make every effort to limit impacts on the surrounding community.

Thank you for your understanding and support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
