ARC Total Property Solutions is looking to add an experienced Equipment Operator to our team in East Tennessee.
💰 Starting Pay: $28/hour
📈 Performance-based raise after 90 days
💵 Weekly Pay
✅ Full-Time W-2 Position
⚠️ Class A CDL REQUIRED
⚠️ We do not currently offer health insurance
What we’re looking for:
• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, dozers, and similar equipment
• Strong excavation, grading, trenching, drainage, and site-prep skills
• Ability to haul equipment and safely operate trucks/trailers
• Class A CDL and ability to drive manual transmission
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work overtime when needed
• Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Takes care of equipment and works safely
• Able to work independently without needing constant supervision
Preferred experience:
• No less than 5 years of excavation/heavy equipment experience
• Lowboy/gooseneck experience
• Forestry mulching
• Chainsaw/tree work
• Basic mechanical knowledge
This is a position for someone who already knows how to operate equipment and wants an opportunity to grow with a busy company. We are not looking for someone who is brand new to equipment operation.
