compensation: Depends on Experience employment type: full-time
Work includes: Perform thorough document reviews, including geotechnical reports, phase I & II reports, drawings, specifications, etc. Layout and tracking of installations including the use of survey and GPS tracking equipment Working with cad systems, and identifying as-built conditions Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, including cut/fill, utilities, hardscapes, pavement, etc. Develop project specific scopes of work Additional duties as assigned Required experience: Trained in field: 2 years Minimum Knowledgeable in commercial site construction Ability to read plans, perform material takeoffs and estimates Field GPS layout CAD-based Earthwork takeoff programs and TOPCON equipment TOPCON GPS grade control on dozers Required license or certification: Driver's license Required education: Minimum High school graduate or equivalent Back ground and drug screen required.
