We are currently looking at the possibility of hiring a foundation repair salesman/certified field inspector onto our team in spring of 2025 at Lovell Basement Solutions. This is a seed plant/feeler post to see who may be interested in advance. This individual must have atleast 3-5 years experience minimum in foundation repair sales along with a track record of $90,000per month in sales on average minimum or more! I’m looking for a good honest salesman that can properly set up projects for success with good customer communication skills. This past sunday was a heart filling day to be apart of with other organizations/business’s from surrounding community’s. Katie our office manager(mother of 5) jumped in head first for this event and lead the charge representing our business. Patty our inventory/fleet manager assisted along with my fiancé Ashtin!! Katie and her fiancé Dillon built a custom plinko board game that allowed every kid a chance to play and win a prize(more than once 😂)!!

Mothers on a mission organizes this event each year that brings local business’s and organizations together to gather and donate enough school supplies to fill up a Brand new back pack and hand out to children for free!!! THIS YEAR ALONE THEY GAVE OUT OVER 1000 BACKPACKS FULL OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES AT THIS EVENT!! These groups are also given the opportunity to set up a booth/ tent with games/ prizes/ and candy for all of the kids/parents involved!!

On one hand it was a chance to get our business name out there of course but on an even bigger hand this was more than that to Katie, Patty, and Ashtin. It was a chance for these 3 mothers to help give to other children in need and for such an important cause being education and school supplies for them. NOT to mention it was 97 degrees and everyone involved was soaked in sweat, but there for the cause. THANK YOU LADIES AND THANK YOU MOTHERS ON A MISSION!!💪 ❤️

2. Experience in more than one field of foundation repair such as foundation waterproofing, piering, anchoring, bracing, crawlspaces, egress windows, etc.

3. MUST be a consistant hard working individual that comes in on time and understands we work 5 days a week minimum with the possibility of saturdays once and a while. We try to avoid Saturdays as much as possible and usually go months without working them unless foreman and crew want to but this is the foundation repair business and a Saturday is bound to happen at some point.

4. MUST have a valid drivers license.

5. MUST have your own
transportation.

6. ABSOLUTELY must be able to provide quality work on our jobs and for our customers.

7. MUST be ready to HUSTLE and MAKE MONEY.
