He is very responsive and has been in the roofing business for many years. From what I experienced with Chris, he wants to provide a quality product. When he came out with his crew to replace the roof, Chris (the owner of the company) was up there with them, watching over their work. Chris could easily hire someone to supervise the crew, but he himself leads the crew. This gave me confidence that the job would be done right. After they finished, they did a thorough cleanup.
