Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Early Childhood Center | Breaking Ground.

The PEARL team joined the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe to mark the start of construction on its new Early Childhood Center on Tribal lands here in Mashpee.

The 6,650 SF facility will provide dedicated space for the Tribe’s youngest members to learn and grow, with classrooms for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, a multipurpose room, and supporting spaces for families, educators, and staff. As the Tribe shared at the groundbreaking, the center represents an investment in its children, families, and future generations, creating a place grounded in community, culture, and care.

As a Mashpee-based builder, we are proud to have been entrusted with a project right here in the community we call home.

From soil improvements and slab-on-grade construction to structural steel, wood trusses, and curtain wall systems, there's real technical work ahead to bring this building out of the ground.

We are grateful for the Tribe’s trust in our team and look forward to bringing their vision to life.

Union Point Athletic Club | Project Complete.

13,000 SF of existing fitness space, reworked into a high-performance indoor sports training center in Weymouth.

New turf, strength and conditioning areas. Locker rooms and showers. Upgraded mechanical and life-safety systems. Specialty athletic flooring throughout.

Getting here required extensive interior demolition, new mechanical and fire protection infrastructure, underground plumbing, specialty athletic flooring, and careful coordination across trades.

The result is a training facility built around how athletes use the space, with the infrastructure to support it.

A great project and a strong team effort from start to finish!

Team Spotlight | Meet Kevin!

Kevin brings an engineer's eye and builder's instincts to his role as Assistant Superintendent at PEARL. Raised in a construction family and educated in mechanical engineering at the University of Rhode Island, he enjoys turning plans into reality while keeping projects safe, efficient, and moving forward.

What he enjoys most is solving challenges before they become problems. Working alongside the team, he finds practical solutions that keep quality and craftsmanship at the forefront.

Outside of work, Kevin stays just as active: hunting, fishing, training in jiu jitsu, or spending time with his wife Emily and their dog.

We are excited to have you on Team PEARL!

1,587 lbs. 9 feet long. 8 inches thick. Solid stone.

At Cape Cod Residence a single-piece stone trough sink too large and too heavy for a doorway — so it went through a window instead, lifted by crane, guided in by a rigging crew.

No shortcuts on a piece like this. Just the right equipment, the right sequence, and the team that planned for it before the first truck arrived.

This is the part of the build no one sees in the finished photos. It's also the part that matters most.

This year we celebrate the people, the perseverance, and the enduring spirit that have shaped our nation for two and a half centuries.

We are grateful to be part of building the communities where that story continues every day.

Every project is built by people. Every now and then, it's important to step away from the jobsite and spend time together.

Great food. Great company. Kids running around. Conversations that had nothing to do with schedules or submittals.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought their families! These moments remind us that the relationships we build within our team are just as important as the projects we build together.

Some projects are defined by what gets built. This one is defined by who it's built for.

The Nantucket Land Bank has spent decades protecting the island's open spaces, working farms, and public trails. Behind that work is a year-round team that shows up for the island in every season.

Last week, the new employee modular housing units showed up for the Team!

Each side of the New Modern Modular duplex will provide housing with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a full basement with a charming farmer’s porch on a property that sits alongside a community garden.

We’re proud to support The Nantucket Landbank with their mission of providing new, comfortable, modern employee housing on the island.

The finish line is in sight at the Union Point Athletic Club in Weymouth.

13,000 SF of existing fitness space purpose-built into an indoor sports training center. Every phase took coordination and a team committed to getting the details right.

We are grateful to CE Painting, every trade partner and PEARL team who helped move this project forward. Looking forward to seeing the community enjoy this space for years to come.

Relationships at the core. That's how we build.

Last week, Seth and Sarah joined architects, designers, and builders from across New England at the Luxury Home Design Summit. Time well spent with peers who share a commitment to thoughtful construction and elevated design.

The sessions were strong. The setting was beautiful. But what stayed with us were the conversations. The exchange of ideas. Comparing approaches. The shared conviction that the best projects come from teams who genuinely enjoy building together.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to. And we are bringing every bit of that energy back to our work at PEARL.
