Another excellent job 😎 this deck was rotted, failing, and was past repair. We tore it out to bare ground, rebuilt it from the footings up, and finished it with new railings, stairs, and lattice skirting.

Swipe to see the beautiful change. Twelve years of building in Mason City, and this is the kind of work we like putting our name on!

Skylights are one of the most common leak sources we see on roofs. Seals fail, flashing wears out, and water finds the gap.

Here's how we took one out. We pulled the unit, framed it in, decked it, put underlayment, then shingled it to tie it back into the existing roof. No patch and no caulk and hope.

Old window out, new window in. Our crew handles windows start to finish in Mason City: removal, fit, and a clean finish on the inside and out.

Twelve years in, we still check every unit by hand before we leave.

🥶 Iowa winter is on its way. A roof has to be right before the first snow, not after.
This one's done right ✅ Straight shingles, tight ridge, clean edges. That's what keeps ice, wind, and melted water out when the weather turns.

This is what the steel siding on this barn looked like going up. It was windy yet the crew got it done perfectly 😎
The finished result is in an earlier post. Enjoy the part not usually seen!

LP SmartSide, installed right.

A beautiful wood texture, matching lap lines, clean corners and window trim. This is the finish on a house that looks good for decades, not just on day one.

Soffit's done on the house. Our phone died before we caught the last of it on camera, but the finished work speaks for itself. Soffit and fascia all wrapped up by our crew.

Rough-in is where a job gets decided. Clean framing, blocking where it's needed, and the lighting boxes set before the drywall goes up. Nobody sees this part again, which is why we do it right.
