Hi all... I just put this add on Marketplace. Let me know if you are interested...

Mow 33 properties weekly including 2- commercial and several high end homes. I pay 55% of gross, which works out to about $1200-$1250 weekly for 12-13 hours of mowing.
I provide the truck and all the equipment. You fill the tank. Basically $100 an hour for you and an equal partner of you and am assistant.

Selling a trailer anybody?? The trailer my guys use to haul around the 62 inch riding mower and other equipment… Is shot. I was planning to buy a new one unless somebody out there is selling. Basically looking for something like this… But customized to carry weedeater on a side rack and potentially even a little cage for a 5 gallon gas can.  Thanks… Mike D

We just did two major cleanups Saturday in Mason. Trimming, a combined 30 yards of triple shredded mulch… Some sod… Even some tarp under a few of the beds.

Looking for a pallet of grass sod. Some nurseries are not cutting right now because it’s so wet. Can anybody get their hands on some sod for me or sell me some sod?

Please share! Here’s a job in Mason my guys just did. 8 yards of premium, triple shredded black mulch… Some pine straw in key places and down near the street we put a tarp down underneath the plants and decided to go with river rock instead of mulch in this one area.
