The building envelope is complete at Fairborn Cold Storage in Ohio 👏 Racking, electrical, and dock equipment installation along with two office build outs are ongoing with temperature draw down scheduled for early this month. Way to go, Fairborn team!

AYEEEEOOO, that's our saw man!!! The saw crew is out here chasing joints while the rest of the world’s heading home. They show up when the pour is done and the long night starts. Big shoutout to Jerrod Young and the whole saw crew for putting in the hours to make sure every slab is cut right.

Project update! 📣 Our crews at Union Dayton Building 2 are erecting tilt-up panels and installing structural columns, girders, and bar joists. Up next: metal decking, fire suppression, and roofing.
