I won’t get to in depth on this post but with this house we will talk about the fine balance between water proofing and ventilation with siding and why it’s so important to the longevity of your home. Inflation is happening, 2021 will be a wild ride for our industry. Lumber prices are up 250% siding and roofing material up 10-15% labor costs will have to increase to account for waste. I pray for everyone in this industry and everyone just trying to make a living.
