No project is too big or too small for the Welk team! We recently helped out our friend Gary Cooper III by upgrading the failing system on his large garage. We ditched the undersized 5-inch gutters for a high-capacity 6-inch seamless system.
By moving to the 6-inch profile, we’ve significantly increased the water-carrying capacity to protect his foundation and keep the perimeter dry—even in the heaviest storms. Quality upgrades for quality friends! 🏠🔨

We didn't just cover up the issues—we rebuilt from the bones up. This project involved structural rafter tail restoration, where we sistered and squared every tail to create a rock-solid foundation. By installing a structural fascia system, we eliminated the need for weak, unsightly strap-hung gutters that often clutter the roofline. The home now features a clean, 5-inch white gutter system mounted directly to the new fascia for maximum strength, paired with a custom-integrated soffit for superior ventilation and water management for decades to come!
