A lot of crews would just slap new gutters on a sagging house and call it a day. We don’t roll that way.
Before we could even think about upgrading this exterior, we had to fix what was happening underneath. The front porch had settled and was actively pulling away from the house. Instead of walking away from the headache or telling the homeowner to call three other contractors, we broke out the jacks, lifted the porch back into proper alignment, and secured the structure the right way.
Once the foundation was solid, we took this curb appeal to an entirely different level:
Tore off the old, crusty white 5” gutters
Custom-installed modern, high-capacity 6” black seamless gutters
The contrast is incredible. The 6-inch profile handles massive rainfall without breaking a sweat, and that sharp black finish makes this classic home look brand new.
