It’s cold out! Be careful how low you set your thermostats at night or when you’re out because it doesn’t take much to freeze heat pipes. Frozen pipes and water damage can destroy your house fast. Check your oil and stay warm.

It took me all day to do this! I could hardly get the right angle drill up there or the sawzall. Never mind my big head! The dead space is smaller than a closet. By the time I put the ladder in there there’s no room for me and my big head

2 plumbers turned this job down because it’s a risky one. I’m gonna tackle it and hope for the best! If it don’t work out right, I’ll be chopping the wall and possibly the bathroom floor behind it!

This is the third one of these I installed now. If you pay flood insurance and install one of these, they give you a discount. (What my customers are telling me. I haven't personally checked, but 3 so far)
Very expensive, but supposedly worth it.
