Kitchen renovation, Somerville, NJ. This project began with a disconnected water supply line from a water filtration system and caused water damage to kitchen base cabinets and sub-floors. The insurance company had approved and contributed to repairs for both sub-floors replacement and payment for lower base cabinets to be restored. As a result the homeowners decided to renovate the entire kitchen and included opening a wall for an open concept. The homeowners are really happy to enjoy their new kitchen renovation including upgrades with so many added functional improvements. Hello homeowners,

Today I will share a simple example of why you need people like me, AKA - Chiaramonte Roofing & General Contractor, Inc. As most already, know that we are primarily focused on being the bridge for homeowners when it comes to filling home owner claims. We are home owner ADVOCATES and have provided the communities with outstanding and successful paid claims over and over again. We go the distance like no other Company because our primary principles are based on integrity. Chiaramonte Roofing & GC, Inc., will never back down with shady unfair practices with insurance companies trying to not insure home owners when urgently needed. One of the reasons why I’m so compelled to continue sharing my principles.

I have really never witnessed such an unethical practice like this before. This claim was filed due to a fire in the furnace in the basement. The insurance company has done everything possible to deny the claim. They said it was poor maintenance. Moving forward we hired all the professionals needed to challenge the insurance company. We have went from $8,415.25 partial approval to $101,826.00.

I’ve shared some photos to show some of our findings as a result from the soot from smoke. There’s been damage to all the electrical wires that have to be replaced. Had we not challenged the insurance company then the homeowner would have never know what was inside the ceilings and walls which could have been ultimately another risk and causing another fire.

Good afternoon neighbors and friends. I just wanted to share some thoughts about a call that we received today following the earthquake today in New Jersey area. The homeowner has expressed concerns about his sump pump failure and has caused water damage in his basement. He believes that this was caused from the earthquake. He was seeking help to remove and repair the water damage that has occurred. However, it’s important to know that earthquakes aren’t typically covered under your policy unless a special endorsement for earthquakes has been added to your policy. Maybe, you can check your policy or contact your insurance agent if you have questions or concerns in regards to earthquakes.
