Four years… and 17 days. 😂
We actually hit 4 years in business 17 days ago, but between running Red Fox Plumbing and getting married, somehow we completely missed our own anniversary.
So, a little late — Happy 4 Years to Red Fox Plumbing!
Four years ago, the goal wasn’t to build the biggest plumbing company around. It was to build one people could trust.
That still matters more to us than anything.
Ask the people we’ve worked for. We’re going to give you an honest assessment of what we find. We’re not walking into your home trying to figure out how to turn every call into the biggest ticket possible. Sometimes the right answer is a major repair. Sometimes it’s a $50 part. Sometimes it’s telling you that you don’t need to do anything at all.
When we do the work, we’re going to do it properly. We want to leave behind a repair or installation that we’re comfortable putting our name on and you’re comfortable trusting in your home.
Are we perfect? Absolutely not. We’re human, and occasionally we’re going to fall short. But when we do, we’ll stand behind our work and make it right. That’s part of earning someone’s trust too.
And I couldn’t celebrate four years without recognizing Max. He’s become a huge part of Red Fox Plumbing and a big reason we’ve made it to this milestone. I’m proud of the plumber he’s becoming and even more proud to have my son beside me building this company.
To every customer who has called us, referred us, left a review, called us back for another job, or simply told somebody, “Call Red Fox” — thank you.
Four years down.
We’re still small. Still owner-operated. Still doing things the way we believe they should be done.
