With construction nearing the finish line and the store preparing for final setup ahead of its October opening, the project is quickly becoming the destination Charlotte shoppers have been waiting for.

We're proud to have helped bring Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist's new Medical Plaza Northwest Greensboro to life. This five-story, 134,000-square-foot healthcare facility expands access to specialty care, outpatient surgery, cancer treatment, imaging, rehabilitation services, and more for patients across the Triad.

Working alongside Rodgers-Leeper, our team provided the plumbing and medical gas systems that support these critical healthcare environments.

We just wrapped the first-ever Apprenticeship Bootcamp for our new Level 1 class, and we couldn't be prouder of how this group showed up.

This five-day program was built to give our newest apprentices a head start before they ever set foot on a jobsite. They spent the week learning the tools of the trade, identifying materials and fittings, and getting hands-on with cast iron, copper, and PVC. They cut, measured, soldered, and assembled mock runs, all while picking up the jobsite lingo and habits that make a great apprentice.

The best part? They can now walk onto a project ready to support their foreman and contribute from day one. That's a win for them, for our crews, and for every client we serve.

The best safety programs are built way before an emergency happens.

Several of our foremen, superintendents, and project managers recently completed CPR and First Aid recertification training. While we hope these skills are never needed, having trained leaders in the field helps ensure our teams are ready to respond when every second matters.

We require CPR and First Aid training for all of our management team. It's a key part of our safety culture and reflects our commitment to protecting the people who work alongside us every day.

Building a hospital on the South Carolina coast comes with challenges most people never see 👀

Our crews are wrapping up underground plumbing installation at the new Roper Hospital Medical Campus in North Charleston, SC where sandy coastal soils and a high water table have required constant problem-solving. The unique site conditions have pushed our team to think outside the box, including using a specialized support system designed to keep underground piping secure to the slab.

Progress like this doesn't happen without a great team. While on site last week, our crews took a break from the summer heat to enjoy a Fourth of July cookout together. Thanks to Wende Edwards for organizing a great meal, Ernie Edwards, Jr for handling the grill, and everyone on the project for the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that continues to move this incredible healthcare facility forward.

We're proud to play a role in building a facility that will serve the Lowcountry community for generations to come.
