The finished product is what everyone sees, but it’s the hard work, coordination, and attention to detail behind the scenes that makes it possible. Our crews show up every day and put in the work to keep these projects moving forward.

What is turnkey sitework?

Turnkey means our clients have one experienced contractor managing every stage of preparing a site for development.

From land clearing and erosion control to grading, underground utilities, storm drainage, curb and gutter, paving, and final stabilization, we coordinate the work from the ground up, so when we're finished, the site is ready for builders to begin construction.

Last Friday, Landyn and Tim had the opportunity to represent W.M. Warr & Son, Inc. at the Brunswick County Home Builders Association Golf Tournament.

It was a great day spent connecting with builders, developers, and industry partners, meeting new faces, and strengthening existing relationships. Events like these are a great reminder that our industry is built on more than projects, it's built on people and partnerships.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the tent and took the time to connect with us. We appreciate the conversations and look forward to continuing to grow relationships throughout the area.
