🔥 Hot Pepper Jam
Made with all peppers and no fruit! This jam features sweet heat pepper varieties grown right here on the PSK pepper farm. It delivers bold pepper flavor with a satisfying kick that’s perfect for those who love a little more heat.

Both are fantastic on crackers with cream cheese, burgers, sandwiches, or as a glaze for meats.

NEW PRODUCT ALERT. Are you wondering what to get dad for Father’s Day on Sunday June 21st? PSK will feature products from our line up each day heading into the Effingham Farmers Market on Saturday. We have a variety in all price ranges.
Today’s feature is our Smoked Salts. We grow all of our own herbs that you find in the salts. Our newest salt will debut Saturday.
SMOKED DILL SALT… We will be bringing more variety soon. You will also find SMOKED GARLIC SALT in a 5.5 ounce bottle as well as the smaller 2 ounce packets. Enjoy some pics of our herbs. Have a great Monday!!

Thank you Effingham! We sold out of 4 different sauces this week and we thought we were stocked! Effingham Farmers Market we finally have enough peppers to bring back 2 of the most requested sauces. They will be available next week. On a side note we want to say how happy we are to be at this market and how full our hearts are week after week seeing all of the returning customers and their families that come to the market to see us. It's truly a blessing.
