We remember the cross. The agony. The loneliness. The moment when all seemed lost.
Our sin nailed Him there. Our rebellion. Our shame. He carried it all. He was pierced for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities.
By choice, He breathed His last. It appeared death had won.
But Sunday came. Three days later, the earth shook. The stone was rolled away, and what was sealed in death came forth in resurrection.
Sin has been conquered. Shame has been silenced. Death has been defeated.
Because of His love, there is hope for every soul. But this hope demands a response. Scripture is clear:
Repent.
Be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
Receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
This isn’t just tradition. It’s transformation.
The same Spirit that was robed in flesh to come and die as a living sacrifice is the same Spirit that wants to live in you today.
The tomb is still empty. HE IS RISEN.
