What started as an empty warehouse is now a fully functional, modern business space designed to maximize every square foot.

✔️ Modern, sleek finishes throughout
By building vertically, we were able to create significantly more usable space while maintaining a clean, contemporary aesthetic. From an empty shell to a professional workspace, this project showcases what's possible with thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
We're proud of how this transformation turned out and grateful to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life.

Our client came to us wanting to expand his living space and make his home more functional for everyday living and entertaining. We’re adding extra square footage to his living area, building a brand-new bathroom for added convenience, and creating a concrete pad in the backyard to support his above-ground pool.

🚩 Red Flags When Hiring a Contractor 🚩

When it comes to your home, trust matters. Unfortunately, not every contractor plays by the rules. Here are some major warning signs to look out for 👇

❌ Asking for full payment upfront or cash only
Legitimate contractors typically ask for a deposit — not the full amount before work begins.

❌ No written contract
Always get the details in writing! Verbal promises don’t protect you.

❌ Poor communication
If they’re hard to reach now, imagine how it’ll be once the project starts.

❌ Can’t show proof of insurance or licensing
Protect yourself — ask to see it! A reputable contractor will gladly provide it.
