Just Right Grain Systems specializes in Grain Storage and Handling System Construction for the past 20 years. We are looking for individuals to join our team.

During the Spring, Summer and Fall we build storage grain bins / hoppers along with grain handling equipment. In the winter we do snow removal and work out of our heated shop doing maintenance and repairs on our work vehicles and equipment.

We operate as a Crew, with a Project Manager, Supervisor, and a team of Bin Builders and Millwrights.

Successful Candidates at a minimum must be able to:

* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Operate manual and power tools
* Read measurement devices accurately
* Do basic math
* Climb to work at heights up to 200ft
* Work out of town for days at a time
* Work in a wide variety of weather conditions
* Show a valid driver’s License
* Have reliable transportation to and from our shop/office as required
* Safe work practices and common sense

Abilities and Experience in the following areas would be a strong plus BUT NOT REQUIRED:

* Chauffer’s or CDL License
* Concrete site preparation, reinforcement, pouring and finishing.
* Mechanical and Electrical Aptitudes
* Mobile Hydraulic Boom Crane Operations
* Operating Skidsteers, Manlifts, Skytracks, etc
* Stick Welding
* Vehicle maintenance including checking/topping/changing vehicle fluids
* Light vehicle repair and preventative maintenance such as changing brake pads, wiper blades
* Repair and maintenance on equipment such as Snowblowers, Welders, 4 Wheelers, etc.

We provide training. We continually evaluate our Crew Members as they build skills and experience for advancement to Supervision Positions. Initial Compensation would be calculated on the Candidate’s particular skill set. The more you know, the more you will earn.
