We began by thoroughly sanding the entire truck bed to create the proper surface profile required for maximum adhesion of the Rhino Linings® polyurea coating. After surface preparation, the bed was completely solvent washed to remove all dust, oils, and contaminants. Every seam and joint was professionally caulked to help prevent moisture intrusion and create a seamless finished appearance. Our technicians then carefully masked the entire truck, protecting every surface that was not receiving the coating to ensure crisp, factory-quality edges. Once preparation was complete, we professionally applied a premium Rhino Linings® spray-applied polyurea bedliner, creating a permanently bonded, seamless protective coating that provides outstanding impact resistance, abrasion protection, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and long-lasting durability for years of commercial use.

The truck bed had accumulated scratches, scuffs, surface rust, and everyday wear from hauling equipment and materials. The owner wanted a permanent protective coating that would prevent corrosion, resist impacts and abrasions, eliminate slipping, and preserve the truck's appearance and value for years to come.

Our team began by thoroughly sanding the entire truck bed to create the proper surface profile for maximum coating adhesion. After sanding, the bed was carefully cleaned and solvent washed to remove dust, oils, and contaminants. Every seam and joint was professionally caulked to prevent moisture intrusion and create a seamless finished appearance. We then meticulously masked and protected all areas of the truck that were not receiving Rhino Linings® material, ensuring clean, factory-quality edges. Once preparation was complete, we applied a premium Rhino Linings® spray-applied polyurea bedliner, creating a seamless, permanently bonded protective coating that delivers exceptional impact resistance, abrasion protection, chemical resistance, UV stability, and long-lasting durability for even the toughest work environments.
