On Sunday afternoon, a customer called us with a serious concern—after installing a new dryer, she noticed a strange smell coming from her fuse box. Rightfully worried, she reached out for help.

First thing Monday morning, Josh went out to investigate and discovered that only one wire was connected to the breaker, causing it to overheat and burn out. He quickly replaced the faulty breaker and ensured all the remaining breakers were properly set up.

If you ever notice a burning smell near your electrical panel, don’t ignore it—call a professional immediately. This situation could have ended much worse if our customer hadn’t reached out when she did.
