Everybody watches the roof. The ground is where the money goes.
A roof leak shows up on the ceiling the first hard rain. You see it, you fix it, and insurance usually helps.
Water at the foundation is quiet. It soaks in year after year, rots sills and floor joists, pushes walls in, and grows mold under your feet. By the time you notice a soft floor or a crack, it's been costing you for years, and homeowners insurance won't touch it.
Rafters are a lot cheaper to replace than floor joists.
Wet basement, musty crawl space, cracks, or doors that started sticking? Send me a couple pictures. Same-day answer, free inspection.
Already dry? Ask about quarterly foundation checkups. We check the foundation, grading and drainage every few months and catch it before it costs you.
