Another deck finished for great customers! The same family that contacted us about the last two decks also wanted to have this deck built!

They wanted a 5'x 6' deck and stairs with a landing to end at the patio so they have an easier way to get into their pool. The customer went with Trex Transcend Lineage decking in the color Salt Flat to match their other deck. This specific line is made to be cooler in the sun and not as hot on bare feet and their pup's paws. The lighter color also helps with decking temperature. We installed Trex black aluminum railing with a 48" high gate at the bottom and a 52" high pool lock to conform to code. We painted the support posts & piers underneath matte black so they were not noticeable under the black lattice that we installed.

Another deck finished! The same customer that contacted us about the last deck also had this one started but not complete. We decided to tear it down and start from scratch to make sure everything is structurally sound; and we're glad we did! We, unfortunately did not get a before picture.

This side of the house gets a lot of sun, which we are thankful for on these chilly days! Because of the hot sun in the summer, the customer decided to get Trex Transcend Lineage decking in the color Salt Flat. This specific line is made to be cooler in the sun and not as hot on their pups' paws. The lighter color also helps with decking temperature. We installed Trex black aluminum railing with an opening on the one side for a walkway. The customers wanted a platform on the stairs so we made that for them too. We can create different stair designs to meet the needs of our customers because we lay out the stairs ourselves instead of buying pre-made stringers at the store. We also painted the support posts & piers underneath matte black so they were not noticeable under the black lattice that we installed.

Another project complete! A customer contacted us to repair a deck that wasn't done properly previously. We removed some of the composite decking that was sticking up and installed it correctly so it was even with the picture frame decking. We reframed the stairs to comply with the Trex manufacturer installation specifications. We then installed Trex aluminum stair railing, Clamshell colored fascia and also black lattice around the bottom perimeter of the deck.

We built a 8’x10’ deck for a great family! The decking is Trex Enhance Naturals in the color Foggy Wharf. The railing is white composite. Because this is a pool deck, per code, we also installed a 48” high locking outswing gate with a lock that is 54” high for child safety.

Another project finished! This great couple gave us a rough drawing of what they wanted to have built to gain access to the upper part of their garage. We made their dream become a reality!

We built a 6’x12’ upper deck with stairs to go down to a a 4 1/2’ x 8’ landing, and then stairs that went from the landing to the top of their retaining wall and future concrete patio. The decking is Trex Enhance Naturals in the color Coastal Bluff.

We absolutely love this new space that we built for a great family! Their previous deck was small and didn't suit their needs, so we built them an 18'x18' deck with a gable roof!

We framed the stairs to turn under the deck to the concrete patio the customers plan to have installed. We also used Laminated Beams so they didn't have any posts in the way and wrapped all beams and posts in white. We finished under the upper roof with soffit, a remote controlled fan and recessed lights on a dimmer switch. We added an outlet in the wall for a future tv location. We installed a gate at the top of the steps so their little ones can be safe. We installed riser lights in the stairs that give a nice illumination while also allowing them to see while using the steps. We finished the underneath of the deck with soffit and Trex Rain Escape lighting. The decking is Trex Enhanced Naturals in the Foggy Wharf color and the railing is Trex white with black spindles.

We attached a couple of "before" photos so you can see the transformation! When the weather warms up, we have a couple of final touches to do and also the customer plans to have the concrete patio installed. Stay tuned for the final results!
