Congratulations to Ricardo De La Fuente and his wife, Erica, on taking the next step toward building their family home.

Ricardo is a lineman. He spends a lot of time working out of town, away from his family, doing what he has to do to provide for them. And when we asked him why he wanted to build, his answer was simple.

His son.

Let’s be real. Most of us guys don’t need much in a house. Give us a place to crash after a long day, and we’re good.

If you’re looking at homes right now, don’t buy one that’s already built. Even a new one. You’ve worked too hard to compromise on your home. It should actually feel like yours.

Spec/Tract New Build vs. Custom Build with Bello:

1. Builder-grade materials. A spec home is built to the minimum standard that passes inspection, not the standard that lasts. Countertops, flooring, fixtures all picked to hit a price point, not to hold up. A custom build means you choose the materials, and you know exactly what’s going into your home.

2. You don’t choose the subdivision. Spec builders develop where land is cheap and fast to build on. You get whatever neighborhood they picked, not the one you actually want.

Heavenly Father, today we pray for every family who has trusted Bello Construction with something as important as their home.

Destiny is a registered nurse. Sergio is a Texas state trooper. Both young, both nervous, both excited. Destiny was referred to us by another nurse we built for, because word travels when you do right by people.
