10,000 SF of new concession and restroom space, a new entrance with ticket booths for home and visitor guests, and underground storm detention beneath the expanded parking lots.

Funeral arrangements for Mr. Noel Muñoz Sr. will be held on Saturday, June 6th, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel, located at 4607 N. Sugar Rd., Pharr, TX 78577.

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Noel Munoz, husband of Lydia Munoz, father of Noel Munoz Jr.

Around the office, many of us lovingly knew him as “Welo.” Though he wasn’t everyone’s grandpa by blood, he had a way of making people feel like family. His presence, kindness, and the love he poured into those around him will be deeply missed.

His kindness, wisdom, and unwavering love touched the lives of so many. He leaves behind a legacy and many cherished memories that will forever remain in our hearts.

During this difficult time, we ask for your prayers and support for Noel Munoz Jr. and the entire Munoz family as they mourn this tremendous loss.

May he rest in eternal peace, and may his memory continue to be a blessing to all who knew and loved him.

On April 19th, Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 celebrated the Ribbon Cutting of their new Training Facility in Edinburg, TX.

NM Contracting was honored to serve as the General Contractor for this project and appreciates the trust placed in our team to deliver a facility that will support the district’s continued growth and operations.

This 8,000 SF training facility reflects HCDD1’s commitment to operational excellence, workforce development, and long-term service to the community. The facility will support both administrative operations and hands-on training for the teams responsible for maintaining and improving drainage infrastructure throughout Hidalgo County.

We would also like to recognize the leadership of the Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 Board of Directors, whose vision and guidance helped bring this project forward.

Congratulations to HCDD1 on this achievement, and thank you for allowing NM Contracting to be part of a project that will serve the community for years to come.
