When we opened up this apartment to start repairs… we quickly realized the water damage was worse than expected. But that’s what we’re here for 💪

Here’s a high-energy Billy Mays–style post that still keeps it professional for property managers and landlords.
🚨 WATER DAMAGE STRIKES AGAIN! 🚨
This apartment looked normal at first… but once we opened the wall — BOOM! Major water damage hiding behind the sheetrock.
Rot, moisture, and damaged wall sections that would only get worse over time if left alone.
So we got to work. 💪
🔧 What we did:
• Removed all damaged sheetrock
• Tracked down the moisture problem
• Installed new sheetrock
• Retextured and repaired the wall
• Prepped the unit so it’s ready for the next tenant

Quick update on this apartment project 👷‍♂️🔧

We’ve been busy handling a lot of smaller service calls this week, but we’re still pushing forward on this unit. Once we opened things up, we discovered several underlying issues that weren’t visible at first. That’s pretty common with water damage repairs — sometimes the real problem only shows up after demo starts.

The good news: everything is being addressed properly so it’s done right the first time. The goal is to have this apartment wrapped up by Thursday.

After that, we’ll be moving right over to Apartment 3 next door, which has similar damage.
