This concrete slab was expanded to 18’x18’ to accommodate a 16’x16’ Lakeside Shed to store fishing and boating gear 🛶🎣

We previously poured this slab for this customer but they ended up deciding to go bigger to allow the structure!

Thanks to Ackland Construction for donating the excess concrete. The kids and community members will enjoy the amenities happening in the neighborhood!

Hardscaping down in Geneva, Nebraska behind the scenes 👀

We will be installing a Natural stone Buckskin edger, Western River Rock, limestone block retaining wall and Drain Tile to aid with drainage.

All of these were combined to combat poor drainage leading to water pooling in front of a foundation window.
