Everman Fiber Optic LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Operator to join our underground construction team. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Qualification:

▪️Proven experience operating excavators.
▪️Ability to perform precision excavation around existing underground utilities.
▪️Knowledge of trenching, conduit placement, and restoration practices.
▪️Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site.
▪️Ability to work effectively on a team and follow all safety standards.

Preferred:
▪️Experience with underground fiber optic and conduit installation.
▪️Directional boring experience.

Thank you to OSUIT and the Cherokee Nation for inviting us to participate in your career fair. We had the opportunity to connect with many motivated young men who are eager to build a future in fiber!

This 12-week program offers hands-on training in aerial fiber, drop placement, splicing, and more—providing a strong foundation in fiber construction and preparing participants for success in the workforce. Each graduate walks away with the tools and skills needed to be job-ready from day one.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to engage with such driven individuals and to be part of a program making a meaningful impact in the industry. We look forward to bring these driven young men onto our projects!
