Found this system the other day with no R-22 in it. With its age and no warranty plus the refrigerant change we had no other choice but to replace the evaporator coil and air conditioner. Furnace is only 6 years old. Kept the furnace. Upgraded the thermostat to a T6. Installed new 15 seer2 3 ton 17 wide upflow evaporator coil and 3 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. Installed R-454B sensor and module. 💯BACK IN BUSINESS💯

For the past few years we have had to do some repairs yearly. Customer was sick of it. She was ready to install new. Finally got tired of throwing money in the wrong direction. With the age of the system it just made sense. Installed new 15seer2 21 wide 4 ton air handler down flow with 10KW heat strips. Installed 3.5 ton heat pump with 32x32 pad. Upgraded the thermostat to a T6 smart. Upgraded the filtration cabinet to a 20x25x4 yearly filter.

Found this system a few lbs low on R-410A back in May. Customer bought the property last year after the summer was over. Didn’t have any history of the unit low on refrigerant. Took a gamble on adding refrigerant to see how long it would last. Customer called me last week saying it’s not cooling anymore. Stopped by and system was very low on R-410A again. With no warranty left and the refrigerant change our only option was replacement. Also found system was a 4 ton on 1750 square feet with spray foamed attic🤙Took out system. Installed new 15 seer2 21 wide 3.5 ton airhandler with 10kw heat strips and a 3 ton heat pump with new 32x32 pad. Kept the 4” filter cabinet. Upgraded the thermostat to a T6 pro smart. That house and attic was smoking 🥵 🥵 That spray foam don’t let the attic breathe at all

Found this system 5lbs low on refrigerant Friday morning. With the refrigerant change and no warranty left to help out it was a no brainer other than going with new evaporator coil and air conditioner. Customer has medical blood problems and can not get hot. Thank you Jesus it was overcasted and rainy for 2 days. Called my supplier that morning. Had all equipment that we needed in stock. Told them my situation and they loaded it all up and brought it by the house before they closed for the weekend. That my friends is excellent customer service. Got back to the customer this morning (Sunday) and started getting it done. Installed 17 wide 3 ton upflow evaporator coil and 2.5 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. Furnace and thermostat still in good condition. 🌧️SOGGY SUNDAY🌧️

Customer wanted some air conditioner and heat in the garage/workshop. Had to go through HOA and ARK on how they wanted it installed. Permit pulled a must,10ft back from garage entrance, customer has to paint electrical and line hide same color as house and has to plant a bush in front of the outdoor Minisplit. Took about 2 months to get approval. Installed a COOPER AND HUNTER 18,000 BTU MIA EDITION HEAT PUMP MINISPLIT 20 SEER. A2L. R-454B. Installed 30 Amp 2 pole SQUARE D breaker , 25ft of 10-2 wire, disconnect box, surge protector and 10-2 240v 1/2 whip for the outdoor unit

House renovation!!!! Previous system was a 2004. Still cooling but with a little struggle. Since this house is getting a make over. They wanted the air conditioner new and upgraded also. Kept the furnace. Still in really good shape and very powerful. Installed a new 15seer2 21 wide 3.5 ton upflow evaporator coil and 3.5 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. Upgraded the thermostat to a Honeywell T6. Installed A2L module and sensor

Found this system the other day very low on R-410A. Leaky Lennox back at it🤪🤦🏼‍♂️Gave the customer a few options. With the expired warranty and refrigerant change our only option for the money was to just keep the furnace and changeout the evaporator coil and air conditioner. Installed a new 15 seer2 3.5 ton upflow 17 wide evaporator coil and 3.5 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. Wired in the A2L module and sensor. Look at that big phat root 😂😂😂

Found this young 6 year old system struggling on these hotter days to maintain temp. This brand use to be awesome 20-30 years ago. Their quality has really gone down hill. Suction psi 188 head psi 261. Only putting out 79 degrees. Compressor valves going bad. With the refrigerant change and no warranty left our only option for the money was to replace the evaporator coil and air conditioner only. Kept the furnace. Installed new 2 ton 14 wide upflow evaporator coil and 2 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. This weather is crazy🥵

Found this system trying to cool but could not keep up. Customer was asking for 73 and temp kept rising up over 85 degrees in the home. System only 6 years old. Found suction psi 188 and head psi 291. Compressor valves going bad. Since the refrigerant change and no warranty left. The only option for the money was to just replace the evaporator coil and air conditioner. Kept the furnace. Installed new 2 ton 15 seer2 14 wide multi position evaporator coil and 2 ton air conditioner with new 32x32 pad. That crawlspace was muddy. Just got about 2 inches of rain the night before. Installed A2L module and wired in sensor.

Found this system just about flat on R-410A the other day. Had a blowing leak in the evaporator coil leaking out of one of the aluminum feeder tubes. Please bring back copper equipment. This aluminum is a joke. System only 7 years old. Out of warranty but we found a new R-410A replacement evaporator at a very reasonable price and went this route since the system is so young.
