Just finished a new roof in Griffin. IKO Dynasty class three architectural shingles.
A nice upgrade for this 1925 home on Hill Street.  Troy Custom Builders is typically 20% less expensive than other roofing companies. And we use only high grade class three shingles.

For full asphalt shingle roof replacements we only use class three impact rated architectural shingles. And we are typically 25% less than any other roofing company.
