Another commercial repair completed for Dunkin’!

We removed the failing components and upgraded the entire three-compartment sink setup, including:

• New commercial pre-rinse faucet assembly
• New pop-up drain assemblies
• New 2” PVC drain plumbing throughout
• Properly pitched drainage for reliable flow
• Complete reassembly and testing

Everything was installed, tested, and ready to go so the Dunkin’ crew could be back up and running the very next day. ☕️🍩

For this installation, we handled the entire process from start to finish — excavating the foundation, setting and leveling the anchor cage, pouring the concrete, and allowing it to properly cure before returning to complete the final hoop installation.

These 24” x 24” concrete footings will eventually be underneath the finished deck — but that doesn’t mean the details don’t matter.

Each footing was formed, poured, carefully edged, and given a clean broom finish. Even the parts of a project that most people may never notice deserve to be done right.

This garage door had become faded and worn over the years, but it still had plenty of life left in it.

We had the opportunity to install these heavy-duty vinyl wrap material storage racks for our friends over at Amped Up Graphics.

The custom steel wall-mount brackets were professionally fabricated by Fix & Fab LLC, and we handled the installation to ensure everything was securely mounted, level, and built to last.

These wall-mounted racks keep large vinyl rolls organized, protected, and easily accessible—maximizing floor space while improving workflow and efficiency.
